Today’s message: 

Fire: Free yourself from the past and take great delight in your accomplishments. Burn away things that no longer serve you by imagining a flame in your heart that expands and flows throughout your body.

Innocence/Inner Child: Balance work with play and sacredness with irreverence. Let go of the uptight parts of you. Lighten up and remember how to trust. Your child within is reminding you that playfulness heals a world of woes.
