Confident and Open Body Language

Encouragement to Have Confident and Open Body Language

I want to encourage you to practice the body language skills that I’ve been giving you in our Two-Minute Tuesday videos. Why? Because researchers have found that not only do our experiences form our bodies and body language, but also that the opposite is true. If we change our body language it will change how we feel, and ultimately change our lives!

The body demonstrates how we are feeling and we can change how we feel by changing our body language.

If you want to feel more confident, stand with high power body language.

If you want to absorb information easily, keep your body language open while you’re reading.

So, stand with confidence and keep your body language open.

Now what?
