VEGAN LIME MOUSSE RECIPE

• 2 to 3 medium to large avocados
• Grated zest of one lime
• ¾ cup lime juice
• ½ cup melted coconut oil (120 grams)
• ½ cup agave syrup (120 grams)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

~ Blend all ingredients together until smooth and then refrigerate
