Body Language Tips for Video Chats
Have you been doing a lot of video conferencing lately? Here I am, seated, waiting for my next video conference. I recommend that you position yourself so that your camera is at eye level. When you speak, look into the camera rather than looking at the people on the call. To help people feel connected to you, look directly at the camera.
Tilt your camera so that the top of your head is at the top of the screen, and the bottom of your ribs is at the bottom of the screen. This allows you to show your hands and build trust and rapport.
Now what?
