Here is a short guided meditation and then an oracle card message for the day.

Today’s message: 

Do you feel stuck? Depressed? Tired? Angry or irritable? These are symptoms that arise when we’re dishonest with ourselves. You are being urged to be honest with yourself. Affirmation: It’s safe for me to be honest with myself and others. I speak my truth with love.

You are being reminded that thoughts of danger are triggering your feelings of vulnerability. In your mind, you have given power to some outside entity and believe that it can hurt you. The only power it has is the power that you give it. You are being urged to awaken from this mistaken belief. You have the power to create a happy and secure dream, and make the decision to feel safe. Affirmation: I am safe. I am secure. I am completely protected at all times.

All of the feelings that the first two cards talk about are being felt by your inner child. Meditate and take the time to reassure your inner child. Imagine that they are sitting on your lap and you tell them “I am here to protect you. You are safe.”
