Drumology 101

Group drumming is increasingly being used as a therapeutic tool to decrease stress and increase creativity. Learn the Nonverbal Science behind the tradition of drumming and then experience the benefits of participating in a drum circle.

African drums will be provided. No experience needed. We will access your inner drummer. All you need to bring is an open mind.

Drumology 101 facilitator, Thomas Price, is a yoga instructor, hypnotherapist, retired engineer, and life-long drummer. Tom will close Drumology 101 with a visioning meditation with a Tibetan Temple Drum.
